• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Order Cancellation by Quantamcraft:

• Quantamcraft Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any order in cases such as product unavailability, payment issues, or incomplete information.

• If your order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders:

• If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
